Dosis: 1 EL/100g Wasser – 3x/Tag

Es fällt auf, dass es im Vergleich zur Fülle der traditionellen Indikationen wenig Studien zu Apfelessig gibt. Die vorhandenen belegen in erster Linie eine Wirkung auf das Metabolische Syndrom.
Die Fähigkeiten der (Leber)zellen zur Vermeidung von Stoffwechsel bedingten Ablagerungen wird gesteigert und ebenso vorhandene Stoffwechselendprodukte abgebaut, die die Funktion der Zellen behindern.
Darüber hinaus wirkt Apfelessig antitumorös.

  1. Metabolisches Syndrom


1.1.      Hypercholesterinämie

Apple cider vinegar attenuates lipid profile in normal and diabetic rats

In normal rats fed with vinegar, significant reduction of low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c) (p<0.005) and significant increase of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c) levels (p<0.005) were observed. Apple cider vinegar also reduced serum triglyceride (TG) levels (p<0.005) and increased HDL-c (p<0.005) in diabetic animals

1.2.      Diabetes

Vinegar Improves Insulin Sensitivity to a High-Carbohydrate Meal in Subjects With Insulin Resistance or Type 2 Diabetes

These data indicate that vinegar can significantly improve postprandial insulin sensitivity in insulin-resistant subjects. Acetic acid has been shown to suppress disaccharidase activity (3) and to raise glucose-6-phosphate concentrations in skeletal muscle (4); thus, vinegar may possess physiological effects similar to acarbose or metformin.

Vinegar supplementation lowers glucose and insulin responses and increases satiety after a bread meal in healthy subjects.

Supplementation of a meal based on white wheat bread with vinegar reduced postprandial responses of blood glucose and insulin, and increased the subjective rating of satiety.

Vinegar dressing and cold storage of potatoes lowers postprandial glycaemic and insulinaemic responses in healthy subjects

Cold storage of boiled potatoes increased resistant starch (RS) content significantly from 3.3 to 5.2% (starch basis). GI and II of cold potatoes added with vinegar (GI/II=96/128) were significantly reduced by 43 and 31%, respectively, compared with GI/II of freshly boiled potatoes (168/185). Furthermore, cold storage per se lowered II with 28% compared with the corresponding value for freshly boiled potatoes.

1.3.      Adipositas

Improvement of obesity and glucose tolerance by acetate in Type 2 diabetic Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rats

An analysis by Northern blotting revealed that the transcripts of several lipogenic genes in the liver of OLETF rats were decreased by the acetate treatment. On the basis of those results, it was indicated that acetate was a potential compound to improve obesity and obesity-linked type 2 diabetes.

1.4.      Hypertonie

The Effects of γ-Aminobutyric Acid, Vinegar, and Dried Bonito on Blood Pressure in Normotensive and Mildly or Moderately Hypertensive Volunteers

The results of the present study suggest that vinegar and dried bonito with or without GABA might exhibit a BP-lowering effect in mildly hypertensive patients.

 

Antihypertensive effects of acetic acid and vinegar on spontaneously hypertensive rats.

As a result, it was observed that acetic acid itself, the main component of vinegar, significantly reduced both blood pressure (p<0.05) and renin activity (p<0.01) compared to controls given no acetic acid or vinegar, as well as vinegar.

  1. Krebs

Extract of Kurosu, a vinegar from unpolished rice, inhibits azoxymethane-induced colon carcinogenesis in male F344 rats

EK administration significantly inhibited the incidence and multiplicity of colon adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05), compared with those in the AOM alone group. These findings suggest that EK may be effective for inhibiting colon carcinogenesis.

Induction of apoptosis in human leukemia cells by naturally fermented sugar cane vinegar (kibizu) of Amami Ohshima Island

From cell sorting FACS analyses, electron microscopic observations and cytochemical staining of chromatin and nuclear segments in human leukemia cell HL-60 treated with the active fraction, it was concluded that apoptosis was induced in the leukemia cell by the fraction of sugar cane vinegar and resulted in the repression of growth of the human leukemia cells

Risk factors for oesophageal cancer in Linzhou, China: a case-control study.

The consumption of beans, vegetables and vinegar all showed a protective effect with odds ratios of 0.37, 0.44 and 0.37 respectively

Generation of antitumor active neutral medium-sized alpha-glycan in apple vinegar fermentation

We studied the biological functions of apple vinegar produced from crushed apples, and found that the constituent neutral medium-sized alpha-glycan (NMalphaG) acts as an antitumor agent against experimental mouse tumors

Apfelessig regt die umwandelnde Funktion des Erdelementes an und baut Schleim ab. Dies gilt insbesondere für auf Grund der Kohlehydratverbrennung entstehenden Schleim, der zur Verfettung, Hochdruck, Diabetes und Krebs führt.
