Dosis: 15-30 g/Tag

Dies sehr kalte Mittel wird benutzt zur Behandlung von hohem Fieber bei bakteriellen Infekten. Die hierbei entstehenden Toxine werden neutralisiert und die durch diese herbeigeführte Verletzung von Yin und Xue gemildert.
Insbesondere bei Bronchitis mit gelbem Schleim und Blasenentzündung mit Blut im Urin hilft Phragmites.

1. Neurodermitis

Inhibitory effects of polysaccharide-rich extract of Phragmites rhizoma on atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions in NC/Nga mice

Topically applied PEP suppressed dermatitis with a decrease in dermatitis score and scratch number. The histological manifestations of atopic skin lesions including thickened epidermis and increased numbers of mast cells, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and nerve fibers were significantly attenuated.

2. Bakterielle Infekte

Preparation and antibacterial activity of the oligosaccharides derived from Rhizoma Phragmites.

The ROs had the highest antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, followed by Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli at the concentration of 100 μg/mL.

3. Leberschutz

Hepatoprotective and antioxidant activities of the aqueous extract from the rhizome of Phragmites australis

This suggested that AE-PA had good hepatoprotective activity against CCl4-induced liver injury, which was confirmed by pathomorphological examination of the liver. Through evaluation of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities, respectively, it was demonstrated that AE-PA had good antioxidant activity, which possibly contributed to its hepatoprotective activity.

4. Alterung

Effect of Phragmites communis polysaccharide on the aged-model mice

Phragmizes communis polysaccharide could obviously increase the activity of CAT, SOD, GSH-PX in blood, lower the levels of LPO in plasma and the thick liquid made of grinding the tissues of brain and liver, and markedly resist the atrophy of the thymus, spleen and brain tissues of aging mice. Phragmites communis polysaccharide has good anti-aging actions.
